The TOK dial-type torque wrench is a mechanical tool for measuring instantaneous torque, available in a wide range from 6 to 1,400 N·m. Unlike torque wrenches that only signal when a preset torque value is reached, the TOK wrench continuously displays the applied torque value on a graduated dial—allowing the operator to monitor the torque in real time, whether tightening or loosening.
Its mechanical dial operates in both directions (clockwise and counterclockwise), featuring an indicator hand and a memory index that retains the maximum value reached after release. Its oval design with a comfortable rubber grip reduces strain during prolonged tightening tasks. No power source is required—the key is ready to use right away and can be used in any environment.
Accuracy is ±3% of the displayed value across the entire range, with a fine scale tailored to each model (from 0.1 N·m for smaller models to 20 N·m for larger ones).

Torque testing on perfume and cosmetic bottles
The TOK wrench is widely used in the cosmetics industry to control the tightening and loosening torque of perfume bottle caps. An optional adapter sleeve allows for use with different cap sizes. This is the reference code for incoming and outgoing quality control operations on cosmetic packaging lines.
Torque measurement during tightening and loosening
The TOK is the ideal tool when you need to know the exact value of the applied torque—whether to validate a process, diagnose a jamming issue, or establish torque specifications for a new product model. The memory index allows you to record the peak value without having to maintain the force.

Calibration and Traceability
The TOK torque wrench comes with an ACRN calibration certificate. An accuracy of ±3% is guaranteed across the entire measurement range of each model, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6789 for torque wrenches with a display.
