From torque measurement to instrumentation, each ACRN product line is designed to meet a specific industrial quality control need. Our instruments cover a wide range of measurement ranges, with accuracy levels suitable for both production environments and calibration laboratories.
Series 01
Torque measurement
Torque measurement is central to many industrial quality control procedures : checking the tightness of caps, verifying removal torque, and validating screwdriving tools. ACRN offers a comprehensive range of tools designed to meet every need : benchtop torque testers, motorized torque testers, mechanical and electronic torque wrenches, torque wrench testers, and torque sensors for screwdrivers.
Our devices cover measurement ranges from a few mN·m to several hundred N·m, with accuracy levels suitable for both production environments and calibration laboratories. Designed for heavy daily use, they combine durability with consistency.
Force measurement is used in a wide range of applications : tensile strength testing, opening force testing, compression measurement, and validation of welds or crimped joints. ACRN distributes and develops a range of mechanical and electronic dynamometers, load cells, force transducers, and tensile/compression testing machines to meet all of these needs.

Leak and Tightness Tests
Leak testing of packaging is a critical step in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. ACRN offers specialized equipment for detecting leaks and verifying the integrity of packaging : vacuum leak test chambers compliant with ASTM D3078 and D6653 standards, seal testers for tubes, doypacks, and flexible pouches, as well as compression testers for pouches.
These devices enable the rapid identification of leaks before products are released to the market, help reduce non-conformities, and ensure the safety of packaged products. They are used for both incoming inspection and final inspection at the end of the production line.
Force sensors, load cells, measurement consoles, and connectivity tools make up ACRN’s instrumentation product line. These components complement or interface with the existing measurement equipment in your facilities to centralize data, automate readings, or integrate measurement directly into your manufacturing processes.
Our sensors cover a wide range of loads, from very low to very high capacities, with levels of accuracy that meet the requirements of calibration laboratories. Compatible measurement consoles allow you to display, record, and transfer data to your quality management systems.
