The ACRN after-sales service ensures the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all measurement and quality control equipment in our range.
Whether it is a torque meter, a leak test enclosure, a dynamometer or a compression gauge, our technicians take care of your device in our Normandy workshop and return it to you as fully operational, recalibrated and documented equipment.
Unlike many manufacturers who outsource their after-sales service, ACRN keeps all maintenance operations in-house.

We provide an accurate assessment and a detailed estimate. Once approved, our technicians will proceed with the repair.
WHAT OUR AFTER-SALES SERVICE COVERS
Repair and refurbishment
Our technicians diagnose mechanical, electronic and display faults across all of our equipment. Once the quote has been approved, they proceed with the replacement of faulty parts, mechanical adjustment and full functional testing before returning the equipment.
Calibration and metrological verification
Every repaired device is systematically verified metrologically before dispatch. Upon request, we issue a calibration certificate with measurement uncertainty, compatible with ISO 9001 requirements and the quality management systems of our industrial clients.
Older and out-of-warranty equipment
Even for older or out-of-warranty devices, we accept diagnostic requests. If repair is not economically viable, we advise you on the most suitable replacement solutions for your application.

After-sales service provided by the designers : Our after-sales service technicians work in the same workshop as the design and manufacturing teams. This proximity ensures an in-depth knowledge of each device and the ability to quickly diagnose faults that external service providers would not be able to identify.
Controlled turnaround times: The diagnosis is established within 48 hours of receiving your equipment. A detailed, no-charge quote is sent to you before any work is carried out. Once approved, the repair is carried out as quickly as possible, with the equipment generally returned to working order in less than two weeks.
