AFG Force Gauge: Multifunctional Digital Force Measurement
The AFG Force Gauge is ACRN's most versatile and comprehensive digital instrument for tensile and compression testing, combining high precision with an ergonomic, portable design suited to both production lines and laboratory environments.
Available in ten capacities from 2.5N to 2500N, the AFG Force Gauge is accurate to within 0.1% of full scale. Its digital display, data logging and multiple communication outputs (RS232, USB, digimatic, analog) allow every measurement to be traced, exported and analyzed with confidence.
Typical applications of the AFG Force Gauge
Manufacturers rely on the AFG Force Gauge to verify tightening forces, packaging seal strength, textile and cable tension, and general tensile or compressive performance during incoming inspection, in-process quality control or R&D testing. The range spans eleven models - AFG 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 2500 - each identified by its maximum capacity in Newtons, so you can select the exact AFG Force Gauge that matches your test requirements without over- or under-sizing your equipment.
