🧪 SkillTork – The intelligent, communicating next-generation torquemeter
What is SkillTork?
The SkillTork torquemeter is ACRN’s next-generation torquemeter. Our new equipment enables us to measure the screwing and unscrewing torque of caps on screwed packaging. It features a clamping system and an intuitive touchscreen for quick and easy operation. Various clamping systems, available as options, are compatible with our equipment and allow unlimited adaptability to the types of samples tested, depending on their height, diameter, etc.

Thanks to our new equipment, you’ll be able to assess the force required to open or close a cork, and detect tightening deviations. SkillTork also features automatic results recording for each product tested. Thanks to our advanced program system, you’ll be able to create and record the specific conditions required for your tests. Our overload detection menu, developed by our engineering department, enables you to detect any sensor malformation that may have occurred during your tests. A notification will be displayed when the device starts up if damage to the sensor has been detected. This enables our team to be much more reactive, so that the device is returned to you as soon as possible after it has been sent for repair. In addition to time savings and repeatability, our device offers many other benefits:

Our manual torque meters offer a reliable and intuitive solution for measuring screw-in and screw-out torque. However, to meet increasing demands for repeatability and ease of use, you can upgrade your manual torquemeter to a motorized version with the RepeaTork.
This motorized torquemeter has all the functions of a manual model, but with the addition of controlled motorization to guarantee more consistent, precise and reproducible measurements. It has three operating modes adapted to the needs of packaging manufacturers:
✅ Simple mode : classic screw-on/screw-off
✅ Advanced mode : angle or torque control
✅ Quality mode: opening torque check followed by torque tightening.
