Dimensional measurement

This activity consists in checking the height and/or diameter of crimping of the aerosols, crimped pumps or bottles.
These fast, accurate inspections offered by ACRN are of particular interest in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, but they are limited to these fields.

The Duo-Control

This device has been specially designed for the dimensional measurement and fast, accurate inspection of the two sides of valves mounted on cans or aerosols.
The Duo-Control makes a comparison from a standard and confirms in a few seconds the validity of the products tested. The results are displayed on a double digital screen.

The CHD

This tool provides an accurate and fast check of the crimping diameter of aerosols and operates by comparing with a standard ring. The two point-touch enable the diameter at the bottom of the valve groove to be recorded.
