Multitest-xt

MultiTest-xt
Force testing system, designed with a touch screen interface for tensile testing and compression measurements.

Used directly within the manufacturing environment, the MultiTest-xt tensile tester requires minimal training to begin performing quick, accurate in-line production tensile tests, with the press of just two buttons.
Clear colour-coded pass/fail indicators allow smooth, efficient quality control checks, whilst a range of calculations provide ample data interrogation options.

Force Testing

Force gauges is required in numerous sectors of activity.
In order to quantify the tensile or compressive force to be generated ACRN has developed suitable solutions with its range of mechanical or electronic force gauges, its stands and load cells.
Enabling checks to be made on values ranging from 0 to 25,000 N, the ACRN force gauges have proved their worth in applications extending from lipstick tubes to railway rails.

The mechanical force gauges

The mechanical force gauges are used to carry out accurate tensile and compressive force measurements. Simple to use and fully mechanical.

The range offers solutions for measuring forces ranging from 0 to 200 kN.

AS force gauges

The mechanical force gauges AS, AS-M, AS-T are designed for measuring static forces under overhead cranes, tower cranes or any lifting and handling device.
Provided with a large-sized or smaller needle dial (version M) for use in confined spaces, the AS breaks down into two ranges of 6 models covering forces of 500 to 6000 daN.
However, version T of the AS (AS-T) provides the possibility of recording values of up to 200 kN.

CT force gauges

Compact and accurate, the CT dynamometric rings enable values to be read off directly thanks to their dial.
Very useful for recording values quickly and accurately, the CT provides both a maximum tensile and compressive force capacity of 500 daN.

Tx and CX force gauges

Compact and robust, with a stop protecting them from overloads, the CX’s and TX’s are mechanical force gauges that enable tensile or compressive forces to be measured.
Without any delicate mechanism, they are insensitive to variations in temperature and to bad watcher.
The measurement is carried out on the elastic deformation of a spring in a steel case and is indicated by an index which enables instantaneous readings to be taken from a graduated scale.

FB force gauges

The FB enables tensile/compressive force measurements to be carried out.
Simple to use and fully mechanical, this force gauges can either be used handheld or fixed on a test stand.
Economical, it is supplied in a case with accessories and fixings.

The electronic force gauges

The electronic force gauges measure tensile and compressive force. They are used handheld or mounted on a test stand.
Compact and robust, they provide remarkable measuring accuracy and can be easily connected to a computer.
The measurements range from 0 to 500 kN.

EPX force gauges

The digital EPX force gauges is cut into an aluminium block which provides it with protection against impacts.
Steel rings protect the bores from excessive wear of the shackles.
The EPX is fitted with an LCD display allowing direct, easy reading even at long distances.
Very simple to use, it is battery operated and provides multi-unit display.

EHX force gauges

Remotely controlled, the EHX force gauges provides remarkable accuracy. Divided into 6 models with different capacities, it can be controlled both by means of a keyboard on the device and by infrared remote control. With a range exceeding 80 hours, the battery may be recharged every 10 hours.
Very robust, the EHX lifting force gauges enables the results to be read off remotely thanks to its large red LED screen.

EGX force gauges

Extremely accurate, the EGX is a remote controlled electronic force gauges.
Extremely robust because of its aluminium case, it is divided into 4 models with different capacities ranging from 1 to 12 tonnes.
Thanks to its remote control and LCD screen, the EGX enables the operator to observe a safe distance of up to 20 m.

EKX force gauges

The EKX is a force gauges designed for wireless use and is shipped on a crane or hoist.
It consists of a transmitter that comprises a shackle, a sensor and a drum hook, and with a receiver which indicates the result of the measurement remotely and wirelessly.

BFG force gauges

The BFG digital electronic force gauges is the universal industrial model. Provided with robust aluminium case, it measures both tensile and compressive forces. Very simple to use, it displays the results in different units. It can be used both handheld and mounted on a test stand. It is presented in a case with a charger, accessories and the ACRN calibration certificate.

AFG force gauges

The AFG digital electronic force gauges is the most efficient in the MECMESIN range, providing the control for electrical stands and the storage of 100 measured values for tensile/compressive force. It can be interfaced with a processor thanks to its programmable I/O’s. It is presented in a case with a charger, accessories and ACRN calibration certificate.

The tensile/compressive force stands

The motorised tensile/compressive force stands enable accurate results to be obtained for values ranging from 1000 to 25,000 N for the most efficient models.
According to the models they enable the speed to be set, with an optical rule for indicating displacement at 1/100 mm, programming capacities (up to 30 for certain versions), an LCD display as well as direct connection to a computer medium for optimum analysis and control.

MDD et LCP test stands

The manual MDD Test Stand is perfectly adapted for the AFG and BFG force gauges. This rigid, light support enables a tensile and compressive force force gauges to be moved. A screw/nut system locks the measuring device in the desired position.
The LCPS is driven by a lever which makes it to push or pull on the force gauges.

the Multitests stands

The motorised MULTITEST stands represent real test benches for tensile/compressive force. Simple to use, they provide remarkable result accuracy and adaptability. Independent or connected to an AFG force gauges, manual or motorised, with direct reading or reading managed by a microcomputer, the MULTITEST stands enable measurements to be carried out for values ranging from 1 to 25 kN.
