Force Testing
Force gauges is required in numerous sectors of activity.
In order to quantify the tensile or compressive force to be generated ACRN has developed suitable solutions with its range of mechanical or electronic force gauges,
its stands and load cells.
Enabling checks to be made on values ranging from 0 to 25,000 N, the ACRN force gauges have proved their worth in applications extending from
lipstick tubes to railway rails.
The mechanical force gauges
The mechanical force gauges are used to carry out accurate tensile and compressive force measurements.
Simple to use and fully mechanical.
The range offers solutions for measuring forces ranging from 0 to 200 kN.

The mechanical force gauges AS, AS-M, AS-T are designed for measuring static forces under overhead cranes,
tower cranes or any lifting and handling device. |

The electronic force gauges
The electronic force gauges measure tensile and compressive force. They are used handheld or mounted on a test stand.
Compact and robust, they provide remarkable measuring accuracy and can be easily connected to a computer.
The measurements range from 0 to 500 kN.

Remotely controlled, the EHX force gauges provides remarkable accuracy. Divided into 6 models with different capacities,
it can be controlled both by means of a keyboard on the device and by infrared remote control.
With a range exceeding 80 hours, the battery may be recharged every 10 hours. |

The BFG digital electronic force gauges is the universal industrial model. Provided with robust aluminium case, it measures both tensile and compressive forces. Very simple to use, it displays the results in different units. It can be used both handheld and mounted on a test stand. It is presented in a case with a charger, accessories and the ACRN calibration certificate. |

The AFG digital electronic force gauges is the most efficient in the MECMESIN range, providing the control for electrical stands and the storage of 100 measured values for tensile/compressive force. It can be interfaced with a processor thanks to its programmable I/O’s. It is presented in a case with a charger, accessories and ACRN calibration certificate. |

The tensile/compressive force stands
The motorised tensile/compressive force stands enable accurate results to be obtained for values ranging from 1000 to 25,000 N for the most efficient models.
According to the models they enable the speed to be set, with an optical rule for indicating displacement at 1/100 mm,
programming capacities (up to 30 for certain versions), an LCD display as well as direct connection to a computer medium for optimum analysis and control.

The manual MDD Test Stand is perfectly adapted for the AFG and BFG force gauges.
This rigid, light support enables a tensile and compressive force force gauges to be moved.
A screw/nut system locks the measuring device in the desired position. |

The motorised MULTITEST stands represent real test benches for tensile/compressive force. Simple to use, they provide remarkable result accuracy and adaptability. Independent or connected to an AFG force gauges, manual or motorised, with direct reading or reading managed by a microcomputer, the MULTITEST stands enable measurements to be carried out for values ranging from 1 to 25 kN. |
